In this role you will:
Pitch, engage and get curious about potential candidates from our sourced, referred and applicant pipelines. You’ll spend time learning a ton about the teams you hire for in order to go deep into example problems that best connect to the candidate’s skill and interest
Spend a lot of time really getting to know potential candidates for company; curiosity is key as you learn about your candidates’ career and look to build an understanding of their experience and growth potential
Spend 50% of your time dedicated to interviewing and interacting with candidates to identify top talent in the market. In the time between you’ll review and write candidate feedback, partner with hiring hiring managers, shadow other recruiters to learn, or be working through complex offer negotiations in order to sign candidates to the team
Managing a continuous req load (15-20+ reqs depending on level of role)
Recommend and manage short-list interviews, recap discussions, and offer processes.

You'll need to have:
Experience recruiting in a fast paced environment
Genuine curiosity about people and their careers. You seek to understand people’s stories and you have a desire to listen more than talk.
High attention to detail both with people and process. You’re able to pick up on nuance, ask excellent questions, and plan accordingly.
A highly organized approach. You are able to capture, maintain, organize and juggle priorities in an often changing environment.

Experience working in a high growth organization.
Experience as an entrepreneur and/or an interest in democratizing commerce
