Job Description: Responsible for developing and managing day to day copy initiatives for wide range of deliverables including; email campaigns, brochures, social media advertising, digital/web copy. Telecommunications experience is important as is the ability to distill complex messages. This role’s primary function is to work with the customer base management team. Long form copywriting skills important.
Ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand and customer friendly language.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced, often changing environment.
Attention to detail and proofreading important.
Must also have ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced dynamic environment
Create and own all copy for email campaigns, website tile, brochures etc.
Degree from in Marketing or English or 3 years related experience in customer base management and digital environment
Long form copywriting skills important.
Portfolio and examples required.
Post Secondary School education required
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 - 5 years work experience, ideally in agency (but not required)
