1. Provides technical and process support to internal departments
2. Assist Network team on Solarwinds and other network tools deployment and migration
3. Develop and distribute status update reports that provide accurate and meaningful information related to the network service availability, service performance and device health status
4. Conduct proactive network performance analysis and repair to eliminate the root cause of network failures
5. Drive continuous improvement in our operations to decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes
6. May consult with internal and/or external customers and peers to review outages, remedial changes, customer caused network issues, etc.
7. Investigates and considers alternatives to develop innovative solutions for the network infrastructure, network monitoring capabilities, procedures and processes.
8. Adherence to change management processes.
9. Develop and maintain documentation and information, e.g. network diagrams, typologies, contact information, etc.
