Product Owner, Commerce System Experience & Reliability Team
The Commerce System Experience & Reliability team is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Product Owner. We are a fast paced team focused on delivering new exciting capabilities to our sales channels on a shared commerce platform. We are responsible for supporting the delivery of new enablement projects impacting multiple sales channels and brands.
As a Product Owner for our sales commerce platforms, you will own critical projects that will help take our customer journey and system experience to the next level.
We are looking for a talented team member to work closely with squads that are UX/UI Designers, Developers, Testers, Scrum Masters and Business Analysts. By managing and prioritizing a backlog of user stories you will drive launching simplified sales experiences for our sales reps and customers. You’ll be required to regularly refine and adjust your delivery plans to reflect detailed scope, effort, and priority, as it becomes available from project teams, strategy managers and business architecture teams.
As the product owner, you will also be responsible for representing the best-in-class experience for assisted sales channels as our platforms go through digitization and convergence evolution across multiple enablement teams in both short and long term horizons.
Be an advocate for our customers by seeking to understand them and bring to life ideas that improve their experience withinCommerce platforms and extended commerce ecosystem applications
Solve complex challenges with a team of passionate business owners, rolling up your sleeves to develop and execute creative solutions
Define tangible 90-day product roadmap; actively own and be responsible for the product backlog and prioritize based on feedback and value
Creating, grooming and maintaining the product backlog, updating it on an ongoing basis following changes in business priorities and according to business value
Accelerating the delivery of additional interlocked experiences and maturing our delivery practices across multiple end to end value chains and enablement teams
Create and present materials to senior leadership audiences in platform delivery governance forums which conveys information in a collaborative and clear format
Support multiple cross-functional/community requirements, and leading the need to optimize the solution strategically across multiple business units while also building towards the longer term strategy of converged digitization solutions.
Participate in project kick-offs and assessments to define the product and perform high-level planning
Track, analyse and share the details of platform performance related to delivery and reliability
Consult with various impacted teams and stakeholders to develop understanding of various perspectives, opportunities, and impacts that will inform your project objectives and meet the requirements of the business.

Strong problem identification skills and outstanding ability to use analytics to distill insights that allow you to make thoughtful, strategic recommendations
Experience delivering complex solutions, while making the case for intelligent trade-offs between delivery time / quality / scope and cost
Can foresee escalations and proactively solve delivery issues through operating model improvements across TSBT, Digital and FIFA teams
Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills are necessary - must be able to schedule and manage multiple complex tasks
Project Management and/or Product Management Certification an asset
Experience with Service Design and Lean Start-up methodologies an asset
Both Mobility and Home Solutions experience
Familiarity with Agile methodology and knowledge of JIRA, QA practices
Experience in product development (hardware or software) and technical delivery (lean, agile, and/or devops), with product management/ownership of customer facing products/applications
Strong track record of being able to develop relationships with a multitude of stakeholders/peers
3+ years of marketing, product management, project management, and/or digital experience
University Degree in a related discipline
Technical or architectural experience with complex systems spanning internal, vendor, software, hardware
