Ability to interpret corporate strategies and translate them into practical project plans.Proven ability to manage large complex, cross functional, cross regional enterprise projects.Accountable for the planning and successful delivery of complex cross-functional projects with significant risk and business impact. from original concept through to final implementation, championing the development of strong project plans while leading cross-functional multi-disciplined resources through the execution of the plans to deliver projects that meet or exceed customer expectations (on time, on budget and quality of scope) .Applies advanced project management techniques and skills combined with significant experience in a large complex business environment in the implementation of the solution.Interfaces with project stakeholders and executive sponsors, applying exceptional leadership skills to remove obstacles and resolve conflicts.Mentoring of less experienced Project Managers . / Interpret business strategies and turn them into applicable project plans Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex, cross-functional, multi-region projects Responsible for planning and delivering complex cross-functional projects that present a level of risk and '' significant business impacts Manage projects from initial concept to final implementation, fostering the development of effective project plans and managing the multidisciplinary and cross-functional resources responsible for executing the plans in order to deliver projects in a way that meets or exceeds client expectations (due date, budget and scope) Apply excellent project management skills and techniques, combined with experience in a business environment complex company, in order to implement the solutions Liaise with the project managers and t mentors within senior management, leveraging exceptional leadership skills to break down barriers and resolve conflicts Play a mentoring role to less experienced project managers
