As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and expanding our vape portfolios within specialty, vape and
key accounts within Canada. In true entrepreneurial fashion, you will also be responsible for hunting new international clients
through sales of organizational products. Duties include achieving and exceeding territory revenue and activation plans;
growing revenues from newly activated accounts through opportunity spotting and strategic planning; ensuring territory
fundamentals are executed and educational messages communicated within all accounts; and participating in account
development meetings. You will report to the Sales Director.
Oversee and expand specialty and other sales channels for our vaping portfolio within Canada.
Identify new distribution opportunities and build productive partnerships that maximize profitable share and volume
through distribution, visibility, and service.
Lead development of annual plans for key accounts that state agreed brand and consumer strategies and insure the
delivery of business goals.
Utilize sales and marketing skills to focus on driving our brands by becoming the trusted business partner for retail
partners and negotiate strong, mutually beneficial relationships that drive revenue for both partners and our brands.
As a trusted business partner, strengthen and nurture our long-term professional relationships with established
customers, and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
Overseeing day to day communications, stakeholder management and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
Regularly engage retail and wholesale customers in conversation regarding their business and general industry trends,
effectively communicating competitive activity on a timely basis.
Evaluate competitive products, prepare written assessments, and participate in presenting data to leadership teams.
Support the project/product development process via idea, concept, development, and commercialization, to launch.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring projects stay on schedule and to budget, through utilizing efficient
planning, strong communication, leadership, and prioritization skills.
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future
campaign development and go to market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations.
Responsible for creating business case, proposals, and presentations for current and new partners.
o Manage own time including building effective weekly/monthly schedules
o Maintain and accurately track sales and consumer orders on time.
o Collaborate with Director of Sales in planning sales activities and setting sales goals for assigned districts
o Maintain CRM systems – track calls, notes, and update customer information regularly
What would make you a great fit?
Bachelors or Master’s degree
5+ years experience in account management, particularly within the tobacco, vape or cannabis industry.
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
3+ years’ experience in Key Account Management within Quebec Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Total mastery of consultative/solutions selling to large/strategic retail/key accounts.
Proven track record of successfully building brands and key stakeholder relationships.
Strong experience with brand strategy, portfolio management, trade programs, budget management, pricing, etc.
Ability to multitask and collaborate with various departments, internal and external.
Self-starter with the ability to lead projects and tasks to closure with minimal supervision.
Must be resourceful and can seek out solutions, and have a strong bias for action, results oriented.
Entrepreneurial spirit, looking to join an “all hands-on deck” environment.
Creative, out-of-the box thinking with the ability to commercialize an idea and execute against it.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time with solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the vaping industry and the regulatory environment in which it operates

Strong background in sales, joint business planning, presentation creating, and execution is fundamental.
Bilingual (French, English) is required.
