Our client s looking for a BSA for a 4 months contract in Vancouver, BC

Here's how

• Act as a SME in SAP delivery
o Be the lead on translating business requests into formal business requirements and seeing them through the phases of an agile project to delivery in SAP HCM
o Ensuring our SAP system (core HR, pay, benefits and time) are properly configured and according to legislation, collective agreement, internal polices and/or best practice
o Support daily payroll, benefits, pension, and organizational management operations in the area of issue and escalation management, that includes reporting, analyzing and resolving issues
o Perform quality testing in our test and production environments, supporting all changes in your portfolio
o Lead or assist in various projects, system changes and audits.
• Operate as a Trusted Advisor and Ambassador:
o Own your relationship with our customers and be the point of contact for their requests
o Collaborate with key stakeholders to support and deliver various programs for our team members, with a slant towards the team member experience
o Accountable for the accuracy, limit in use and protection of team member data within your stewardship
o Maintain our compliance adherence brand both internally with audit, labour relations and externally
• Provide critical business insights and thought leadership
o Build strong relationships across the HR community and represent HR Operations at meetings both internally and externally with vendor partners
o Act as a HRIS subject matter expert and conduct systems analysis including recommendations that drive strategic solutions
o Prioritize the customer experience above all else
o Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to drive improved team member experiences

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

• Valued for your 2 to 3 years of systems delivery experience
• Expertise using the different functions of Excel and SAP HR and Finance modules
• Working knowledge and/or experience working in an HR environment supporting HR programs, policies and related processes
• Noted as a solid communicator and collaborator who can build strong relationships
• Talented at translating complicated and seemingly impossible asks into clear, easy to understand and doable actions to meet your customers’ requirements
• Recognized for managing numerous competing priorities and commitments with extremely high attention to detail, in an organized manner
• Comfortable with high volume work and changing environments and priorities
• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic who owns their deliverables
• Bilingual in English and French, both written and oral, is strongly preferred
• University degree or college diploma, with a slant towards Human Resources or Systems; project management slant

Must to have skills: 
1. Expertise in SAP HR and Finance modules & translating business requests into formal business requirements

Nice to have skills:
1. Bilingual English / French
2. CHRP or Payroll designation
