QA Analyst (IVR) - TI150621_IV

Job Description: 
  • Minimum 8+ years of Telecom domain experience in IT 
    • Good working experience and knowledge of Telecom Products and services within Wireless and Wireline domain 
    • Understanding Contact Center operations/concepts and relevant testing experience – Must have 
    • Knowledge of end-to-end call center flow – Must have 
    • Knowledge about Genesys Platform – Nice to have 
      • GVP – Genesys Voice Platform 
      • Genesys components (inbound/outbound) 
    • IVR & Routing Strategies 
    • Agent experience & Customer experience 
    • Experience working with Agile development methodologies 
    • Passion for automation 
  • Working experience in Agile and Waterfall models minimum 5+ years of experience in Manual and/or automation testing 
  • Should be able to lead a team of size 4 - 5 people having manual and automation testers 
  • Should work with Developers, Technical Architects, Business System Analysts, Product Owners and Scrum masters in sprint planning and delivery 
  • As a Prime, should be accountable for Testing efforts assessment, Test planning , Test execution , defect management and reporting 
  • Nice-to-have Knowledge of Karate framework, Robotic framework for REST based Micro-services automation experience in Web application automation 
  • ISTQB certification preferred, but not mandatory.
