Description:
Digital Mail Insurance Assistant
This is an integral position on the service delivery team supporting Marsh McLennan and Co. Looking for an outgoing individual with strong computer, customer service skills and presents a personal professional image.
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Email Box Management
• Review contents of requests
• Attach documents/email to the correct client in Broker Management system using specific coding and verbiage based on document type
• Assign task based on mail to appropriate team as required
Incoming Policy Mail
• Open, sort, scan incoming hard copy mail
• Review scans for quality issues
• Attach documents to correct client in Broker Management system using specific coding and verbiage based on document type
• Assign task based on mail to appropriate team as required
Other
• Administrative tasks as assigned
Knowledge and skills:
• Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills – able to multi-task, prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills – able to work independently and within a team
• Business savvy with a demonstrated willingness to learn new concepts and skills quickly
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable and experience working with technology (solutions)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) – Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong relationship building skills
• Critical thinking and initiative to solve problems independently
• Results oriented with a strong client service focus
