Overall responsibilities/experience required:
Types of requests:
- Monitor tickets that come to the IT team and action tasks (Training will be provided, what needs to happen with various tasks in queue)
- Exp. within IT working through tickets etc. is required (Use Axios Assist called Pulse so experience with Pulse is great but if not they can be trained)
• Cell phone requests – add, remove, change, suspend – work with vendor Simple and Bell to get these done
• Peripheral requests such as additional monitors, keyboards, mice, fulfill requests and maintain stock and assist with shipping out to users
• Secure IT inventory area which is tracked regularly – need assistance tracking inventory to ensure accuracy – security is of the utmost importance
Hardware procurement – obtaining quotes from vendors and work with internal teams to fulfill orders.
RF guns used in warehouses – process that exists for repairs – assist in making sure repairs happen in a timely fashion
Soti – MDM platform – track usage of cell phones, other items. Exp. is good but can be trained. Will need to run reports from this platform
Reporting – issuing reports to stakeholders, either bi-weekly or monthly.
