Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities/Job Functions:

Assist the planning team in coordinating, planning, communicating and executing the delivery of core project components to our customers.

The Coordinator will assist the planning team in coordinating, planning, communicating and executing the delivery of core project components to our customers. The position reports to and supports the planning team and assists with daily activities that include:
•Assisting with obtaining quotes from subcontractors;
•Assisting with addressing of deficiencies;
•Assisting with PO requests
•As built inputs and document filing
•Basic AutoCAD work for internal designs (floor plan tracing, key maps etc.)
•Prepping documents for permit submissions
•Prepping documents for construction packages
•Working with complex data in excel tables;
•Project scheduling, including action item tracking;
•Project and program invoicing and financial updates and tracking;
•Filing and document management;
•Preparation of communications, progress reporting and meeting agendas and minutes;
•Any other administrative tasks as required.

Job Qualifications:
-2+ yrs of experience in the communictions field
•Diploma in telecommunications, or related experience.
•Commitment to quality performance and teamwork.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications Innovation and AutoCAD.
