Product Owner - Digital Solutions - TI260421-I

Our client is looking for a qualified professional to fill a position in our Digital Solutions team.

This person will be responsible for:

● Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
● Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
● Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
● Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
● Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
● Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
● Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
● Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
● Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
● Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
● Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
● Follow our competitors and the industry
● Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Required Skills:
● Entrepreneurial mindset and outcome focused personality preferred, ability to work in an environment similar to a startup
● Ability to work effectively with business and engineering teams
●Ability to independently lead and influence senior leaders
● Strong analytical skills to pull insights from quantitative and qualitative data sets
● Technical acumen to partner with engineers and user experience to launch features on mobile apps and websites.
● Ability to own and deliver against business and financial goals Required Experience
● MBA or equivalent experience
● Prior experience of acquiring millions of customers for a consumer web or mobile app
● Experience of building digital acquisition, retention and loyalty strategies from the ground up
● 5+ years of product management or related experience
● 2+ years of customer acquisition on digital channels marketing on various channels like app-stores, paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, podcasts, affiliate, and video
● 5+ years of product management experience that includes product execution and go to market strategy
● 5+ years of mobile app product management experience
● Deep knowledge of customer life cycle (awareness, acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention)
● Demonstrated results working by influencing stakeholders in a matrixed cross-functional organization
