Senior Manager, Digital Commerce- Design (128734)

ROLE: Senior Manager, Digital Commerce

As a Digital commerce leader, you bring a passion for customer experience, commerce and Digital best practices through years of experience. You know how to juggle competing demands, speak truth to power and are able to be a team player with numerous stakeholders. You've run digital websites in the past with great success, and are comfortable managing a team.

•Maintain a world class .com experience for Rogers; update material, drive a backlog of improvements and work with business on best practices
•Build strong relationships across all areas of the Rogers for Business team to unearth opportunities to improve the website and its capabilities
•Maintain a high level of collaboration with the R4B Digital leadership team to define the strategic objectives as they relate to the overall vision, strategy, team objectives, and tactical plans as well as execution and monitoring
•Oversee the evolution of the site, its narrative and insights
•Serve as a subject matter expert providing actionable recommendations and confidently standing behind them to obtain stakeholder buy-in
•Initiate the process of testing and optimizing our deliverables, engaging the user research, analytics and digital optimization team as required.
•Lead, coach, motivate and retain a team. Providing them with opportunities for personal growth and development.

•5+ years of experience as a Digital Leader in Digital commerce, digital marketing
•Hands on, and leadership experience managing a major web property
• Data Driven (Understand analytic tools such as Adobe, google analytics, etc.)(able to look at data and formulate actions, immediate and longer term, both active and strategic at the same time)
•Ability to build narratives and outcomes from deep insights in analytics, customer behaviors and hands on experience; communicate complex ideas and recommendations to executives
•Strong knowledge of enterprise-level design system, CRM, Salesforce and Data analytics (they are undergoing a site redesign right now)
•Strong portfolio demonstrating experience leading design for complex ecommerce websites and mobile platforms
•Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in Digital marketing, Digital design, and Commerce best practices and able to distill that to team, stakeholders and execs
•Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills; comfortable interacting with and providing thought leadership to executives
•Experience leading a team (this will lead 2 resources)
•Degree in Marketing, Business or related field

•B2B experience preferred

•Proven track record leading commerce strategy as well as operational excellence in delivery
•Collaborative spirit and a positive attitude
