As Scrum Master in Customer Interaction Routing, you’ll be responsible for facilitating the product development process for multiple scrum teams. Your key drivers will be enabling the scrum team to meet their sprint goals by helping the team to coordinate their inputs and outputs, facilitating agile ceremonies, aiding in the removal of any impediments and buffering them from any distracting influences. You will employ Agile/Lean and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) methodologies to support the continuous improvement efforts of our squads.

● Scheduling and facilitating key agile ceremonies, such as stand-ups, product demos, retrospectives and planning
● Supporting the team to identify roadblocks that prevent the team from delivering product features to our customers
● Help the team to minimize noise that prevents them from meeting their sprint commitments
● Facilitates discussion between the team and the Product Owner to collaborate on creation and estimation of user stories
● Increase the team’s agile fluency through coaching the team to embrace and embed lean and agile practices in their work
● Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution
● Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
● Enable the team to become self-organized and empowered teams that consistently deliver on their sprint commitments
● Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
● Minimum 3 years of experience as Scrum Master working with SAFE, Scrum, Kanban and ScrumBan
● Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
● Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and practices
● Experience with Lean, Lean Startup and Lean UX approaches are an asset
● Outstanding facilitation skills and experience
● Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
● Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
● Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
● Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential, and champion change
● Experience working in complex, multi-project, multi-team environments
● You take ownership on whatever it is you’re on and feel accountable for the results
● Self-confidence to be assertive when taking a position and can constructively resolve problems
● A passion and commitment to your own personal development

Must to have skills:
1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
2. 3 + years continuous experience as a Scrum Master in a complex multi-team environment
3. Strong people management, coaching and collaboration skills

Nice to have skills:
1. Experience with implementing/training agile and scaled frameworks (e.g. SAFe®) in an established (Enterprise) environment including experience applying recognized Scaled Agile techniques (e.g. Program increment planning, Program Retrospective and the Scrum of Scrums)
2. Promote SAFe® quality practices and help foster the culture of technical discipline and craftsmanship that is the hallmark of effective Agile teams
3. Mentor and develop the team and leaders on Lean-Agile Mindset
