Marketing Coordinator - 15649

This is a highly collaborative team based role requiring a team first approach to ensure we stay in lock step with not just our own initiatives but to partner with other cross-functional teams as well. This individual needs to be a creative problem solver focused on setting and executing an end-to-end strategy, creative design, pricing and digital enhancements in an effort to streamline our multi-brand prospecting initiatives.


An idea candiadte is 
  • Highly-organized and a critical thinker that is not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Known for your leadership, interpersonal, proactive communications & presentation skills with all levels of the organization
  • You love strategy & execution but can also roll up your sleeves and dig into the numbers to drive actionable insights to execute against
  • Experienced with developing and owning a marketing strategy and roadmap and has the ability to work with multiple stakeholders & teams to execute on that strategy
  • Accustomed to an extremely fast-paced environment, requiring juggling of immediate tactical responses with long term strategic planning and everything in between
  • You are passionate about the intersection of marketing, digital and technology to enable best in class digital prospecting experiences
Qualification
Post-secondary education in Business/Marketing
Ambiguity - can work under these conditions

Must to have skills: 
  • Highly organized - it is highly important because there are so many stakeholders 
  • Interpersonal communication, personable, proactive, presentation skills (sometimes present in leadership meetings)
  • open minded - adaptable - it's ever changing and important to stay our toes (reorgs, software changes) need to pivot quickly

Nice to haves
  • Previous experience/understanding with marketing stack - i.e CRM, Marketing Automation, etc
  • Lead generation experience
