About the Role:
Working within our Home Solutions team, the content strategist plays a key role in creating seamless digital experiences for the client’s customers through engaging content. You will help set the direction and quality of the client’s web content while updating and maintaining our content standards and processes.
You are experienced content professional – responsible for using data and best practices to develop strategies that connect project and business goals to customer needs. The ability to communicate content value, strategy, and requirements to stakeholders and team members is a core component of this role.
The content strategists are expected to contribute to the overall practice culture by helping to coach fellow content practitioners. As a part of the Home Solutions team, you’ll help deliver a customer-first experience by continually optimizing the client’s product and eCommerce strategy. To help you execute your role, you’ll lean on the teams in Design, Development, Testing, Analytics, and Marketing.
What you Bring:
Content strategist with 4+ years experience developing content strategies for digital, omnichannel experiences
Demonstrable experience driving business KPIs with complex projects
Deep understanding of content strategy best practices, including journey mapping, research requirements, on-page SEO, content templates/decks, and content hierarchies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, an experienced writer and editor
Someone who can gracefully give and receive feedback – a proven consensus builder
Adept at working in a highly-collaborative, lean, agile environment
Highly detail oriented and organized, with exceptional analytical skills
Knowledge of information architecture, content taxonomies, and design systems
Understand the importance of creating accessible content and how that applies to WCAG 2.0 AA principles
