Senior Communications Manager - Talent Acquisition and Onboarding (15496)

As a Contract - Senior Communications Manager supporting Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, you’ll help transform the recruiting and onboarding experience for new hires 

Specifically you will:
• Consult with program primes to develop a robust communications strategy to communicate how our new recruiting and onboarding tools will provide an exceptional team member and candidate experience
• Partner with the Change Management Prime to ensure the communication strategy is deeply interlocked with the broader change management strategy to drive understanding / buy-in for the change and faster acceptance & adoption of the new processes and tools
• Provide thought leadership and expertise around the most effective channels to reach and appeal to our diverse stakeholders.
• Develop and implement best-in-class communications program that inspires and enables change, ensuring marketing appeal and adherence to our brand standards
• Work with program primes to create/revitalize candidate and team member correspondence and communications
• Leverage clear guidelines, best practices, improved processes and shared tools to manage distribution and logistics to drive streamlined, consistent, high-quality interactions

Must Have skills
• 8 years + of communications experience
• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline is required or extensive related business experience in a senior communications or marketing communications role
• Knowledge and experience in change management
