Intermediate Content Manager
Looking for an Intermediate level Content Manager,. They will be working with Designers to see if the proposed designs are practical and building out pages using Contentful. Looking for someone who can communicate with the various stakeholders and is good with doing a lot of last minute content updates and changes. Candidates should be able to speak to Accessibility standards and Principles and walk through their process. The Team is looking for someone to grow within the role and is planning for a long term engagement.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
As a Content Manager for the Brand Experience (BX) team, you’ll be responsible for developing, building and maintaining content across all BX properties .
Working closely with the content, design, and development teams, you’ll use Contentful (CMS) to build pages, upload approved content and ensure that the pages we manage are up-to-date. Outside of this project, you’ll be able to learn and grow with other content practitioners through guilds hosted by the Content Community of Practice.

Here’s how
Become well-versed on our brand standards around content (tone of voice, writing conventions & style, imagery)
Assemble blocks and content elements in Contentful (CMS) to deliver the final content pages, including any personalization and regionalization needs or Ability to generate, update and upload content on the CMS

Update existing pages or content areas with the new copy, media or layout changes as required
Identify which parts of the design will require customization, either through the development of custom blocks, custom components or the use of layout grids
Work with the content strategist, designer, and writer to define the content hierarchies required by the new pages or sections being created
Ensure proper keyword and metadata tagging for all pages
QA across different browsers and devices

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

2+ years of content management experience
Familiarity with content strategy best practices, SEO and UX principles
Detailed-oriented and committed to delivering great customer experiences
Able to gracefully receive and give feedback
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional analytical skills
Adept at working in a highly-collaborative, lean, agile environment
Understand the importance of creating accessible content and how that applies to WCAG 2.0 AA principles
Comfortable working with technical content
Strong at balancing relationships across all levels of the organization
Able to gracefully give and receive feedback
Intellectually curious along with having good written and verbal communication skills
Be an astute organizer and be willing to continuously seek out missing information

Must to have skills: 
1. CMS Experience building pages (Contentful Very nice to have)
2 Previous experience in a Content Management role (2+ years minimum)
3. Experience working in a cross functional team with different stakeholders
4. Knowledge of accessibility principles and standards

Nice to have skills: 
1. Copywriting/Editing experience is a nice to have
2. SEO/UX experience is nice to have
3. Agile Experience
