Business Analyst 2 (15397)

The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for all movement and monitoring of Future Friendly Home (FFH), Smart Home Security (SHS), and/or Health consumer products (Living Well Companion). The Supply Chain Business Analyst will be our main channel contact responsible for responding to a diverse set of inquiries and lines of support, including but not limited to field & call centre inquiries, customer direct fulfillment order support, and vendor engagement. The candidate will be accountable for monitoring on hand inventory levels, min/max levels, and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure inventory is in the right place at the right time. Additionally, the successful candidate will determine areas of opportunity for automation with a focus on the inventory planning roles.

Here’s how:

- Proactively engage suppliers and internal stakeholders to determine optimal min/max levels, identity inventory risks and mitigations, balance conflicting objectives such as fill rate and inventory turns, and ensure right amount of inventory is in the right place at the right time
- Manage/support a variety of purchasing and inventory planning activities and initiatives, including but not limited to supply planning, backorder process, DIY process, product life cycle management
- Draw insights from data leading to actions, analyze what-if scenarios, and arrive at data driven decisions/recommendations
- Collaborate with Demand and Supply/Replenishment planners on upcoming changes in demand, product shortages, or other field impacting issues
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency such as process improvements and automation and implement process improvement initiatives

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle:
Required: 2-5 years supply chain experience
Required: Demonstrated ability/experience performing SAP transactions/reports
Required: Ability to derive insight from large amounts of data using data tools (e.g. Google Sheet/DOMO/Tableau/SQL/Excel)
Additional Considerations for the successful candidate
- Passion for change, accept ambiguity and quick learner
- Energetic self-starter in a fast-paced environment constantly evolving
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain theory and practice
- Experience working with warehousing plants
- Ability to derive insight from large amounts of data
- Degree in Business, Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience in developing reporting in Domo and/or Tableau

Must to have skills: (please at least 3 skills/exp):
1. 2~5 year Supply Chain experience
2 experience with SAP transactions
3. derive insight from large amounts of data

Nice to have skills: (please at least 3 skills/exp):
1. Experience with Tableau/Domo/SQL
2. Supply Chain Management certification (e.g. Apics certification or other equivalence)
3. Project Management
