  • Performs any combination of following calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records
  • Performs clerical duties with emphasis on numeric data calculations
  • File & sort alphabetically & numerically
Must to have skills: 
1. 2-3 years exp as office clerk (billing and accounts payable)
2. Bilingual English and French
3. Show initiative and resourcefulness
4. Sense of organization and versatility
5. Strong ability to manage priorities and stress
6. Attention to details
7. Be structural and methodical
8. IT skills: Microsoft Office, Excel (Intermediate level).
