The role 
As a Digital Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in unlocking and driving outcomes for the Digital team and be at the heart of strategic discussions on how to integrate data-driven recommendations. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who will provide analytical and digital insight to help improve conversion rate, customer experience and traffic on behalf of our client. You will work and collaborate closely with the larger Digital team, business stakeholders and other teams, as well as with third parties to expand our vision beyond digital. Tasks include: 
• Collect, define, develop and articulate reporting, analytics and KPIs, and communicate results and insights to stakeholders 
• Provide data insight for the Digital team to maximize conversion rate and customer experience 
• Partner with members of the Analytics and Digital Technology teams to implement advanced analytics in products such as Tealium Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics (previously Omniture SiteCatalyst), Optimizely and other platforms 
• Create clear observations through measurement reporting and analysis, provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business, website, and/or online program performance 
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Shaw Communications digital assets, business models, digital strategies and digital analytics in general 
• Liaise with key stakeholders to promote best practices for digital measurement 
• Audit current analytics and contribute to the framework and solutions design across digital initiatives 

Your skills/experience 
• Degree / diploma in business or mathematics, or other related combination of education and experience 
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a measurement or analytical role (web analytics, program measurement, test design, finance); Ecommerce experience a plus 
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Behavior, Financial Analysis and Digital Analysis 
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics implementations and customizations 
• Strong grasp of common web protocols (HTTP, FTP), CMS and web architecture. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS a bonus 
• Understanding of principles of target markets and customer segments 
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Knowledge of data visualization and BI solutions such as DOMO an asset 
• Experience with voice of the customer (VoC) tools considered an asset 
• Knowledge of the telecommunications and wireless industry along with its products and services a plus
