Description:
As Scrum Master, you’ll be responsible for facilitating the product development process for multiple scrum teams. Your key drivers will be enabling the scrum team to meet their sprint goals by helping the team to coordinate their inputs and outputs, facilitating agile ceremonies, aiding in the removal of any impediments and buffering them from any distracting influences. You will employ Agile and Lean methodologies to support the continuous improvement efforts of our teams, as well as share your expertise and experiences with the broader Agile community at client side. 

Details: 
● Scheduling and facilitating key agile ceremonies, such as stand-ups, product demos, retrospectives and planning 
● Supporting the team to identify roadblocks that prevent the team from delivering product features to our customers 
● Help the team to minimize noise that prevents them from meeting their sprint commitments 
● Facilitates discussion between the team and the Product Owner to collaborate on creation and estimation of user stories 
● Increase the team’s agile fluency through coaching the team to embrace and embed lean and agile practices in their work 
● Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution 
● Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information 
● Enable the team to become self-organized and empowered teams that consistently deliver on their sprint commitments 
● Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility 

What You’ll Need to Be Successful: 
● Minimum 3 years of experience as Scrum Master working with Scrum, Kanban and ScrumBan 
● Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification 
● Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and practices 
● Outstanding facilitation skills and experience 
● Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle 
● Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types 
● Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills 
● Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential, and champion change 
● Experience working in complex, multi-project, multi-team environments 
● You take ownership on whatever it is you’re on and feel accountable for the results 
● Self-confidence to be assertive when taking a position and can constructively resolve problems 
● A passion and commitment to your own personal development 
● Creative, resourceful and innovative at tackling complex challenges

Must have skills: 
1. Demonstrated success in leading teams using Agile Methodologies and best practices. Specifically Scrum and Kanban
2. Superlative communication Skills
3. Exceptionally well organized
4. Excellent coaching skills
5. Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
6. Certified Scrum Master or equivalent
7. Previous Software Development and/or Quality Assurance experience


Nice to have skills: 
1. Ability to promote the Benefits of Agile to stakeholders
2. Experience working in regulated industry
