2. Work for the network infrastructure, network monitoring capabilities, etc.
3. Proactively engage next level support teams
4. May consult with internal and/or external customers and peers to review outages, remedial changes, Customer caused network issues, etc.
5. Adherence to change management process
6. Develop and maintain documentation, information, e.g. network diagrams, typologies, contact information, etc.
