  • Strong project delivery track record
  • Experience applying instructional learning skills in an enterprise project environment 
  • Accelerated ability to become an expert, trusted advisor and key implementer Degreed and to design pathways within Degreed
  • Key focus to stand up learning pathways in Degreed and curate learning content efficiently and effectively in a digital asset environment
  • Utilize multiple inputs while managing existing stakeholder assets
  • Ensure all learning principles for design and reporting are adhered to
  • Daily progress reports Report daily on progress to learning project manager and seek input for fast adjustment 
  • Gain clarification to deliver and execute strategic narrative and tone
  • Make recommendations to optimize and continuously improve learner experience 
  • Seek to understand organizational context and enlist SMEs to deliver internal messaging required

Key Shared Accountabilities
  • Logistical support – work closely with Team Lead Design & Execution, Learning & Skills Development team and Business Learning Managers to ensure appropriate pathway build
  • Team development - support the development of a high-performance team
  • Contribute to a culture where learning and development is integral and core to our future success at Shaw
  • Agile/Rapid development and digital-first content should be at the forefront of our learning solutions (where applicable)

  • Team Lead, Design & Execution
Work closely with:
  • Internally: Culture & OE team, Learning and Skills Development Team (ID, Devs), Business Learning Managers, OP&E, Communications
  • Externally: Vendors (pathway publishing)

Responsible
  • Designing learning pathways in Degreed
  • Curating previously existing content
  • Recommended additional content to be built to support/strengthen the learner experience
Participates
  • Degreed/Vendor Skill assessment where applicable to support learning pathway creation
