What you’ll do:
o Prepare Technical Documentation:
o Review & compile technical information from engineers & technicians and format into
o Prepare and modify other documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos
o Produce weekly operational performance KPI reports
o Perform administrative tasks:
o Organize and schedule meetings with clients
o Submit and reconcile expense reports
o Producing detailed quotes & communicate to clients
Need to have:
Telecom project coordination experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong excel reporting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
Desire to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing demands.
Adept at managing internal & external stakeholder relationships
Composed & poised when interacting with internal & external stakeholders
Passionate about team work & customer service
Recognized as a strong collaborative team player
