What you’ll do:
o Prepare Technical Documentation:
o Review & compile technical information from engineers & technicians and format into
client reports.
o Prepare and modify other documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos
and emails
o Produce weekly operational performance KPI reports
o Perform administrative tasks:
o Organize and schedule meetings with clients
o Submit and reconcile expense reports
o Producing detailed quotes & communicate to clients

Need to have:
 Telecom project coordination experience
 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 Strong excel reporting skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
 Desire to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
 Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing demands.
 Adept at managing internal & external stakeholder relationships
 Composed & poised when interacting with internal & external stakeholders
 Passionate about team work & customer service
 Recognized as a strong collaborative team player

Nice to Have:
 Bilingual – proficiency in speaking & writing in English & French
 Experience in business analysis
