Technical Experience - 30%
Demonstrates experience in gathering technical requirements of existing solutions/applications with little or no documentations. Design, document and build out new infrastructure.
The solutions will be a mix of VMware (Windows/RH) and Solaris LDOMs.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience is required for these mentioned systems.
Knowledge about Networks is also required.
Communications and Customer Service - 20%
Demonstrates experience of working with customers/key stakeholders and using communication skills to resolve technical issues, negotiate or document solution design artifacts.
ability to assess, understand and resolve incidents across enterprises such as DNS, AD, Network, and platform integrations
General Sills - 15%
Demonstrates strong documentation and writing skills, Demonstrate experience with providing incident and intake resolution.
ability to work with tight timelines
Enterprise Experience - 5%
Experience with large organizations' IT Practices, standards, policies and procedures.
